John Hancock - Director of Training and Driver Recruiting

John is responsible for the management of Training and Driver Recruiting programs. After completing college, John went into the insurance industry before starting his career at Prime in July of 1986. Johns first responsibilities at Prime were night operations. Past responsibilities at Prime include; Sales, Fleet Management, Special Projects, management duties in the reefer operations, and heading up the training center and programs. John is also actively involved in several industry related organizations such as: Chairman of the Board for Missouri Motor Carriers Association, Springfield Transportation Committee, the Diplomats Club, he also serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the MO State Chamber of Commerce.
