Under the terms of Prime's current independent contractor operating agreement shall be as follows:

• Operator shall be paid 70% of the line haul revenues on the freight you haul. "Line haul revenues" means all amounts paid by customers for transportation excluding any accessorial charges.
• Prime pays for trailer washes, this is for inside after each load as well as the exterior, we want the operator to wash as often as they feel necessary to keep the equipment looking at its best.
• From January 2008 to July 1, 2008, the weekly average miles per dispatched truck was 2,200, the weekly average revenue per mile was $1.84 and the weekly average revenue per unit was $4,048. (Compilation based on combined solo and team.)
